I had a delightful stay with a stunning view from my Junior Suite. The breakfast had fresh pastries and excellent cappuccino, although a bit more fruit would have been nice. The only downside was the shower cubicle being quite snug for tall folks like me.

Spotless and silent room which met expectation for a quite comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were coffee and tea making equipment, and glassware.

The staff were very accommodating, and the location is perfect, right near museums, shops, and lovely walks but not noisy or too crowded. Our room was large and airy (especially compared to rooms in many European city hotels). We stay in this part of Venice all the time, and had not noticed this charming little hotel, very discreet and unassuming.
My only criticism is that the pillows were very thin -- they could spring for some fluffier pillows for the beds!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect for exploring, just a short walk to the main attractions. The staff was super helpful and accommodating when we had issues with noisy neighbors.

Hotel is quaint, with satisfactory breakfast, and location is beautiful right by Peggy Guggenheim Art Collection / Museum, the main canal for good restaurants, and galleries and other "artsy " shops.

Excellent location, close to many venues - one boat stop from St Marks, yet quiet and peaceful. Reasonable price. Reasonable sized rooms with very quiet air conditioning and very quiet room fridge. Extremely helpful staff.
Whilst tiles and shower tray were spotless as was the rest of the bathroom, the bead of sealant joining them was starting to have mould. However not an area you would normally come in contact with.

This hotel was just a great match for a transient stop in Venice with value for money. The staff was helpful in promptly addressing our sink issue and moved us to another comfortable room without any hassles. Make sure to arrange your check-in ahead of time.

Superb location. The room was comfortable very clean and a good size. Breakfast was included and although basic set one up for the day. The staff at the hotel were obliging and did everything to help to make the stay in Venice memorable.
The only drawback at this hotel there is no lounge/ seating area where one can relax /rest.

Good location and nice, clean B&B. The staff were helpful too. They gave me a quiet room as requested.
Tiny room and the bed was not too comfortable. Would have liked breaky to be served earlier instead of 8am only start as missed out when had to check-out at 7:30am.

Let me break it down for you
Great location on a quiet canal, just a short walk to key attractions like the Peggy Guggenheim Collection. The staff were unbelievably helpful, our arrival was smooth with a private water taxi. Room was spacious and very clean, and breakfast was just right to start the day. Would definitely return!

Quaint, good location close to Peggy Guggenheim museum in art district. Close to the Salute water us station. Easy to find. Seems to be newly renovated.
Breakfast alittle simple and disappointing. Wireless did not work on both our iPads and iPhones, not in the room and not in the reception area, and even if it works it is only for 30min per day for free, after that u have to pay. Check out at 10am which is a bit early. Shower very small.

Well you would have to do your homework for Ca Zose. It is small and friendly within 8 minutes walk of Accademia - free to eec over 65s if with identification- easy to get to from airport if again you do some homework & cheaper if return ticket from airport and tourist ticket for 72 hours on vaporetto.Very nice room not modern but Venetian overlooking canal- good wc , shower, bidet and hand basin. Rather crowded breakfast room but plenty to choose from to eat. Very European. Staff 2 very helpful ladies in charge - knowledgeable, multilingual & Venetian - ask them re transport and alta aqua and all things Venetian - gum boots needed at high tides.. Other staff oriental and helpful- slept well.
It is not American so don`t expect American type hotel.
